  Visited the store yesterday, 27th April looking for a battery operated strimmer suitable for an allotment. Had excellent service from Dan but he was not totally familiar with the products. The key information I needed was a) how long would a charge last when on my plot and b) would the Bosch ART cope with tough grass. Despite Dans best endeavours the machine proved very unsatisfactory on BOTH counts. The battery lasted a bare 15 mins and did not like the tough grass , constantly cutting out. On returning from the allotment, I tried to phone your store to ask advice on whether I should return/ exchange the machine. Here my experience was APPALLING. Both the DIY and garden phone options produced several rings then the line was cut. Despite spending nearly 20 minutes repeatedly dialling I failed to get an unprerecorded human voice. HELP!!!!
