  If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Firstly no one in here speaks English. I had arrived for a brazilian wax and was not greeted, just shown the back room (which was unclean and felt dodgy. I considered leaving at this point) and was left there with no instruction. The lady then came back in when I was half undressing myself. Upon the treatment, the wax was way too hot to bear. When I mentioned this, the ladys solution was to blow on the stick before placing it on me which did not change the temperature in the slightest making it a painful treatment. When she said she was done, it just was not a Brazilian. It was messy and there were loads she had missed. I ended up asking for a Hollywood instead just to make it easier for her (which meant I had to pay an extra £10!!) and to top it off, when applying cream to the area, she got cotton wool stuck everywhere making it look like Santas beard down there!! And no goodbyes after taking my money. NOT impressed with this service at all. Would not recommend to anyone.
